Recruitment Specialist
Job Summary
We want to hire you if:
- You have 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with proven end-to-end ownership including recruiting for IT/technical roles
- You have direct sourcing experience (LinkedIn headhunting executive search)
- You can independently manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- You want to continue growing your career in Talent Acquisition
- You are adaptable proactive and take initiative in coming up with creative sourcing solutions
- You have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail including handling contracts and recruitment administration
- You are fluent in English
- Can work from our Riga office
