Job Summary

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Ensuring compliance with local and international Health and Safety regulations ISO 45001:2018 standard and industry best practices
  • Conducting risk assessments site inspections and internal audits
  • Investigating incidents and ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions
  • Delivering Health and Safety training organizing emergency drills and promoting a strong safety culture across the company
  • Developing and implementing Health and Safety policies and safe work practices for Operations and Maintenance
  • Developing updating and maintaining Health & Safety documentation standards and procedures
  • Overseeing contractor compliance and safe work execution
  • Serving as a liaison between safety teams contractors and regulatory authorities
  • Implementing best-in-class Health and Safety and quality control processes managing lessons learned and reporting on asset performance risks and mitigation plans.

Qualifications :

  • Higher education in Health and Safety. Valid Health and Safety Specialist certification in accordance with national requirements
  • At least 3 years of similar work experience as Health and Safety Specialist in construction or industrial environments (renewable energy is a plus)
  • Experience with contractor safety management risk assessments audits and incident investigations
  • Detail-oriented analytical and solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to promote safe work practices and collaborate effectively under tight timelines
  • Willingness to travel and visit sites
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent would be a strong advantage (training can be provided if needed)
  • Proficiency in English (both oral and written) is required as the position involves stakeholders in other Baltic countries and Poland and requires daily communication and documentation in English.
