Job Summary

Job Overview:

The IT Data Analyst and Process Implementation intern role supports the ongoing development and optimization of an internal specific data dashboard and related database initiatives. The intern will use Python SQL and Power BI to transform clinical data enhance dashboard performance and implement data quality checks.

In addition it will support the development review and maintenance of training materials user guides and controlled documents for a dedicated client clinical technology program. It will collaborate with subject matter experts to create clear structured and compliant documentation to support end-user readiness. The position is suited for students passionate about analytics data engineering fundamentals and business intelligence in technology environment as well as with instructional design technical writing and process documentation.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Build/optimize Python scripts to extract/transform EDC/CTMS data.
Enhance Power BI visuals: aging buckets site/Role drilldowns trend lines SLA compliance.
Implement data quality checks; reconcile deltas vs. source systems.
Document pipeline: lineage refresh schedule owners fallback procedures.
Draft/update training decks e-learning scripts job aids for EDC/CTMS workflows.
Collaborate with SMEs; run pilots and incorporate feedback.
Maintain version control training curriculum maps and role-based paths.
Collaborate with stakeholders for initiative implementation escalation.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

Python (pandas NumPy data cleaning basic unit testing non-structured data analysis).
Power BI (DAX measures slicers bookmarks performance tuning).
SQL proficiency (joins windows functions aggregations).
Work under project environment.
Strong writing and structure (English language) no AI or reduced use of AI.
Presentation and PowerPoint high skills.
Visual media skills.
IT and Data workflows basics understanding.
Ability to read and apply regulatory compliance (English 85%).
