DSVAir & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate VAL Operator Specialist Air & Sea in Sydney.

The Specialist is responsible for managing both specialized white glove delivery services for high-tech and sensitive commodities and core warehouse logistics operations. This includes overseeing compliance with SOPs KPIs and QHSE standards while also ensuring smooth inbound outbound inventory and trucking coordination. The role combines strategic oversight with operational execution bridging field supervision stakeholder engagement and administrative excellence.

Your typical day at DSV:

Oversee white glove deliveries ensuring SOP/KPI and QHSE compliance.
Manage warehouse operations: inbound outbound inventory and trucking.
Guide coordinators and ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
Act as the main contact for clients site staff and providers.
Prepare and audit operational documents and incident records.
Drive process improvements and mentor team members.

About you:

Solid experience in logistics managing delivery and warehouse operationsideally with high-tech or sensitive goods.
Strong knowledge of QHSE standards and compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement customer service and issue resolution.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on documentation accuracy and process improvement.
Strong communication teamwork and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
