Job Summary

Our agricultural client recently went live with SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Scheduling (WFS) in Australia and requires an experienced WFS Specialist to support day-to-day operations and help optimise the solution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a post-go-live environment and is comfortable working with operational and HR teams in a dynamic seasonally driven industry. You will be the key WFS resource on the ground in Australia driving adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support and administration of the SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Scheduling (WFS) solution.
  • Support scheduling configuration rules and workforce planning processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve WFS system issues working with SAP and internal teams as required.
  • Partner with operational managers and HR teams to align workforce scheduling with business needs.
  • Identify optimisation opportunities suited to the seasonal and variable nature of the agricultural industry.
  • Assist with user training change management and post go-live adoption activities.
  • Collaborate with the global team to share learnings and align on configuration standards.
  • Contribute to the HR operating model review as it relates to workforce management.

Requirements

  • 5 years SAP SuccessFactors WFS or SAP Time Management experience.
  • Workforce scheduling in shift-based or seasonal environments.
  • Post go-live WFS stabilisation experience Strong cross-functional stakeholder communication.
  • Agricultural manufacturing or complex workforce industry background.
  • Change management or training delivery experience.
  • Familiarity with SF EC or ECP modules.
