The Graphic Designer Digital & Marketing plays a key role on the Marketing and Communications team supporting a wide range of digital and design initiatives across the firm. This role blends technical expertise with creative thinking. Youll work closely with internal partnersincluding lawyers Business Development leads and marketing colleaguesto bring content to life across our website and marketing channels. Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets across various media including social content email campaigns presentations printed materials event and campaign collateral
- Translate complex ideas into clear compelling visuals and infographics for pitches presentations and campaigns
- Create visual elements for short-form video content including text overlays simple transitions and light motion graphics
- Support the front-end management of to deliver a high-quality user-focused experience optimized for SEO analytics and overall performance
- Manage multiple projects from concept to completion ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand standards
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in design and technology integrating innovative approaches to your work and the teams overall workflow
Position Requirements
Education and Experience
This position requires a degree or diploma in Graphic Design Multimedia or a related discipline. Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) certification is a plus. A minimum of 3 to 5 years working with content management systems and HTML. An equivalent combination of education training and experience may be acceptable. An Online Portfolio will be required.
Knowledge and Skills
- Highly adaptable and collaborative with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Well organized with strong time-management skills able to prioritize work and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-service oriented with proven experience supporting and partnering with internal clients and stakeholders
- Detail oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality across all deliverables
- Solid technical foundation in HTML and CSS; experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop Illustrator Premiere After Effects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Word and PowerPoint
We are currently working in a hybrid work arrangement which includes a requirement to work primarily in the office and flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.
Compensation
Theârange of expected compensation for this position is $72000 - $82000 annually. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of factors including job-related knowledge education skills and experience.
