Job Summary

The Digital Influence Manager leads the Influence Hub overseeing all social media activities influencer partnerships and micro-influencer programs for our brands. This strategic role is responsible for driving brand engagement expanding digital reach and integrating influencer and social content into broader marketing campaigns. The Manager oversees a team of specialists and ensures alignment with brand objectives audience growth and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Leadership
    • Develop and execute the social media strategy across all channels and markets.
    • Supervise Social Media Specialists ensuring consistent brand voice content quality and audience engagement.
    • Monitor trends and analytics to optimize social media performance.
  • Influencer & Micro-Influencer Program Management
    • Design and lead influencer and micro-influencer programs including recruitment onboarding and relationship management.
    • Oversee the Influencer & micro-influencer program coordinator.
    • Negotiate partnerships contracts and deliverables with influencers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Brand Creative and Project Management teams to amplify influencer and social content.
    • Integrate influencer and social media assets into product launches seasonal campaigns and brand initiatives.
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Set KPIs and measure the effectiveness of social media and influencer programs (reach engagement conversions ROI).
    • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Brand Advocacy & Governance
    • Maintain an authentic unbiased brand representation across all digital partnerships.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years in digital marketing social media or influencer program leadership.
  • Proven experience managing social media teams and large-scale influencer programs.
  • Strong understanding of content trends across Instagram TikTok YouTube Facebook and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is a requirement.
  • Passion for outdoor tech innovation and community building.
