Synechron Sydney is seeking a Technical Lead who can act as a trusted advisor to clients guiding them through complex technology decisions solution design and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills enabling them to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of experience in software engineering and architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs microservices containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with backend technologies () and frontend frameworks (React )
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Azure Architect).
- Experience in BFSI or large-scale enterprise transformation projects.
- Exposure to data governance compliance and security frameworks.
- Prior consulting or client-facing architecture experience.
