Job Summary
Job Title: Research and Psychometric Services Assistant
Required Qualification: Masters in Clinical Psychology
Job Purpose: Assisting in test development research activities; related to the adaptation
and standardisation of Pearsons assessments
Location: Bengaluru India
Starting Date: Immediately
Position: Full-time Employee
Responsibilities:
The candidate will assist with the following tasks:
- Data scoring / checking
- Liaising with external professionals research participants editors and printers
- Working closely with international teams on standardisation projects
- Recruitment of data collection sites
- Liaising with other functions of the Clinical Assessment Division as required
- Any other activity required as part of the role
Skills required:
- Verbal and written proficiency in English
- Reading/writing/speaking of at least one of the following languages: Kannada/ Hindi/ Tamil/Marathi/Bengali/
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task across projects
- Ability to meet goals as per timelines
