Dutch & Danish Content Moderators Onsite in Lisbon Portugal

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Model: Onsite (Office-based)
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week (rotational shifts if applicable)

We are currently looking for Dutch (Flemish) and Danish speaking Content Moderators to join an international team in Lisbon.

Job Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content (text images videos).
Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines.
Identify and report inappropriate or harmful content.
Maintain high levels of quality and accuracy.
Work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch or Danish (C1/C2 level).
Good level of English (B2 or higher).
Strong attention to detail and responsibility.
Comfortable working with sensitive online content.
EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal.
