Founded in 2016 by professionals who previously drove growth at firms like Airbnb KKR and Apollo Our Client combines deep technology and real estate expertise operating from its New York headquarters. Our Client leverages its proprietary tech stack to partner with institutional real estate owners turning single-family multifamily and hotel properties into short-term rentals that cater to modern business and leisure travelers.

About This Role

We are looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer who will lead the design development and ongoing optimization of the critical systems that power pricing strategies third-party integrations and broader operational capabilities for Our Client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of complex architectural decisions to ensure reliability scalability and alignment with evolving business needs.

• Write high-quality well-tested code and perform code reviews that set the bar for technical excellence.

• Take a leadership role in shaping the architecture mentoring the team and driving the technical direction of Our Clients internal operational platform.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for one or multiple product areas coordinating cross-functional activities and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.

• Collaborate closely with product design and operations teams to scope out ambitious projects define key objectives and ensure successful delivery.

• Help shape the long-term technical roadmap by anticipating future challenges proposing innovative solutions and championing best practices.

• Ensure uninterrupted live operations and help uphold Our Clients commitment to building a world-class hospitality platform by taking full responsibility for the systems you oversee from troubleshooting to performance optimization.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6 years of experience in fullstack engineering at a top-tier tech company (e.g. FAANG or a high-growth VC-backed startup).

• Tech Stack: AWS Lambda Fargate ECS EKS MongoDB MySQL Postgres DynamoDB JavaScript TypeScript Python GraphQL AI/ML.

Additional Details

• Remote Work Policy: This is a fully remote position based in Latin America with a strong preference for candidates in Mexico.

• Travel Requirements: Occasional travel (1-2x per quarter) to San Francisco or Hungary may be required.

• Equity: Equity is possible for candidates based in Mexico but it is currently unclear for other LATAM regions. This will be confirmed during the interview process.
