Job Summary
*Ensure the preservation of existing buildings and the correct construction of new ones and / or modifications in JuP2 as well as the functionality for the activities that each department needs to charge of the group outsourcing of civil maintenance for the plant. Administration of areas.
For Example: 1. Preventive maintenance of buildings: ensure that maintenance plans are made on time either through internal resources or outsourcing contracts. Constantly update maintenance plans in management system.
2. Corrective buildings maintenance: verify that by means of internal resources or outsourcing corrective maintenance actions are performed that allow buildings to continue giving the service that each department requires from them.
3. Area Management: Ensure that an updated record of the areas for the documented plant is maintained through a CAD the registry you have to consider the distribution by cost center as well as the available areas.
4. Management of construction projects:
Coordinate construction projects from planning design and execution.
Coordinate all internal elements: customers departments purchase orders etc.
Procedures for construction permits by: Mexican government central departments of Bosch in the United States and Germany.
5. Responsible for cleaning and gardening: ensure clean areas and well-maintained gardens.
6. Responsible for civil maintenance group of the plant: coordinate the activities of the civil area maintenance group: 1 design and supervise company and numerous maintenance construction Outsourcing companies.
7. Responsible for the mechanics group of the plant: ensures the correct plant facilities operation.
8. Rresponsible for applying local international or corporate standards in building construction: free of penalties buidings are well constructed and secured. 9. Responsible for the preparation of plant layouts : ensures growth and ordered changes.
10. Responsible for relocation of offices furniture: growth and orderly modifications standardization for furniture.
Qualifications :
Education: Mechanical electrical Civil Engineering Architecture degree
Experience: 4 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
Competencies:
Result oriented proactivity change management team work negotiation skills leadership & conflict management Project management personnel management sense of urgency. Spare parts and suplies for building maintenance inventary and control.
