Job Summary
Location: Camarate Lisbon.
Schedule: 4 working days (10h/day) with 2 days off

Responsabilities:
Welcoming customers into the office and ensuring a positive environment for them at all times;
Maintaining the order customer line and guiding them to the available offices;
Preparing the customer list for the next 24 hours;
Notifying the car wash department of the car washing order;
Offering support to the front office and return agents when needed;
Answers to clients request/complain
Requirements:
You have driving licence - B category ;
You speak fluent Portuguese and intermediate (conversational) English;
You have an optimistic and friendly attitude;
You are empathetic and attentive to customer needs;
You enjoy interacting with customers even with the most difficult ones;
You are persistent and motivated to reach your targets (both individual and team targets);
You are results orientated and solve problems (sorry challenges) with responsibility;
You are a team player;
You are flexible;
Experience in related fields is an advantage: Tourism Horeca Customer Relations Sales.
