Job Title: Transformation Management Office Support Consultant
Role Overview
The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Support Consultant supports enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating workstreams tracking progress and ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support transformation planning tracking and reporting
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders
- Track milestones benefits risks and dependencies
- Prepare transformation dashboards and management reports
- Support change communication and adoption activities
- Maintain transformation documentation and governance artifacts
Qualifications & Skills
- 25 years of experience in PMO TMO or transformation roles
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs is a plus
