Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure accurate compliant and timely financial reporting in line with local regulations
- Partner with the Managing Director to drive financial performance and business strategy
- Manage relationships with external auditors banks and regulatory authorities
- Supervise tax compliance including VAT WHT and corporate tax filings
- Monitor financial performance risks and cash flow providing early warning and advisory support
- Lead financial governance internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Develop and strengthen finance policies systems and professional standards
- Build and develop a high-performing finance - accounting team through training and leadership
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum 15 years experience in Accounting & Finance (Logistics/Freight Forwarding preferred)
- At least 5 years in a senior finance & accounting management role
- Strong leadership integrity and accountability
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English communication
