Could you be the full-time Material Planner Intern in Bangkok were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your **supply chain and data analysis** expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Youll work alongside **dedicated and forward-thinking** teammates.
Youll play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are available at the right time and place to meet Alstoms operational needs. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (**Global Business Centre Operations Suppliers and Project Teams**) **analyze supplier performance** and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Youll specifically take care of **managing material planning documents and delivery processes** but also **propose and execute process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency**.
Well look to you for:
Creating and maintaining material planning documents and updating delivery dates in the ERP system
Communicating material planning documents to suppliers and following up on supplier confirmations
Analyzing supplier confirmations versus Alstom needs and evaluating risks or impacts on production and projects
Following up on deliveries to ensure material availability for Alstom projects
Producing reports and performing data analysis to support decision-making
Supporting team initiatives or leading a continuous improvement assignment
