Assist in supervising daily stewarding operations and team members.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Monitor and maintain proper usage storage and inventory of operating equipment.
Support stock control breakage control and cost management.
Coordinate with Kitchen Engineering and other departments as needed.
Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance for kitchen equipment.
Ensure compliance with Health Safety and Hygiene standards.
Supervise proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
Train coach and support stewarding staff.
Ensure all stewarding procedures are followed consistently.
Qualifications :
Diploma or higher in Hospitality or related field
Minimum 23 years of experience in Stewarding or Kitchen operations
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
