Responsible for receiving inspecting and recording all goods delivered to the hotel ensuring accuracy in quantity quality and documentation while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders
Inspect quality quantity and pricing of delivered items
Prepare daily receiving reports and report discrepancies
Record all purchases into the inventory system
Ensure proper storage and security of goods
Coordinate with Purchasing Store and relevant departments
Follow safety hygiene and company policies at all times
Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in receiving store or purchasing (hospitality experience is an advantage)
Basic knowledge of inventory control and purchasing procedures
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office inventory systems)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Honest reliable and able to work under pressure
