We are excited to introduce an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and strategic HSEQ Lead to join our Confluence Water Joint Venture within Downers Water business.
This is a leadership role suited to a committed and influential professional who thrives in a complex operational environment and is passionate about embedding a strong proactive Health Safety Environment and Quality culture across a large infrastructure program supporting critical water services for the people of Sydney.
As a key member of the Confluence Water Leadership Team you will lead the development and implementation of the HSEQ Strategy and Management Systems ensuring alignment with organisational priorities regulatory requirements customer expectations and Parent Company standards.
Partnering closely with the Executive Operations Manager operational leaders and the Head of Zero Harm Water you will champion safe and sustainable ways of working drive continuous improvement and strengthen leadership accountability across all levels of the organisation.
This position is based in Chatswood with regular engagement across our Northern Sydney operational footprint.
