Job Summary

Were an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 fig businesses in US and Europe.

We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end. You are the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists designers and developers. Your job: make sure clients are happy projects are delivered with quality and nothing falls through the cracks.

Tasks

One sentence: Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room.

- You will manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year.

- You will be the single point of contact for each client -- the person they trust rely on and turn to when things get messy.

- You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists designers developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned deadlines are met and quality is never compromised.

- You will push back when needed ask the hard questions and make sure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.

Requirements

1 Skills We Expect

  • Experience in e-commerce CRO or agency work
  • Familiarity with Shopify Klaviyo or Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients)
  • Use AI and is comfortable with using AI and experimenting with AI

A call with our lead strategist to see how you interact with the team and handle real-world scenarios.
