Job Summary

Position Title Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager - Sales Mangaer
Grade Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager
Reporting Head - Customer Service

Responsibility
Client assistance and single point of contact for client queries walk-ins and customer / sales
support on a daily basis and Branch Administrative processes.
Key
Accountabilities
Client Engagement:
Scrutiny of Applications-Checking signature/payment instrument/application
form/PAN Bank KYC
Maintaining the MIS of Investments reported on a daily basis
Reporting the DTR of Liquid and Treasury Plus Zero balance to the H.O/Karvy on
excel with minimum data entry.
Generating the Statement of Accounts as per Investor/MSF Requests.
Processing the Investor Request Additional Purchase redemption switches etc.
NFO Processing- Data entry on excel reporting the same to HO Co-coordinating
with bank following up for NIGO cases
Following up for pending document with brokers/investor and MSF by calling the
them
Resolving investor/distributor queries as per TAT
Maintaining time stamp machine register for daily usage of number and breakdown
report
Visiting Karvy for submitting application form (Most of the location where there is no
office boy.
Administration Assistance
Sending the Reimbursements to HO for all employees in the branch
Co-coordinating and check on the office requirements like courier office boy
Housekeeping etc.
Shall be responsible for to ensure branch-level administration.
Arranging sales meet like sending the standees appointments with IFAs for sales
team organising for snacks etc
Proper maintenance of attendance records for all the employees (FTE & Outsourced)
at branch and associated non-branch locations.
Sales Co-ordination
Dispatching the Marketing material to Banks IFAs National Distributors
Co-ordinating with Sales Team with regards to Investment transactions
Follow-up with IFAs for pending Document brokerage queries undelivered cheques
Maintaining sales MIS day to day transaction report
Maintaining inventories marketing and stationery stock
Empanelment related
Maintaining the MIS of Empanelment cases
Calling up IFAs for fresh Empanelment
Briefing the distributor on new products
Responsibility at fort branch (Only specific to fort CSEs)
Co-coordinating with branches and Karvy for empanelment
Printing and dispatching of letter to distributor
Maintaining complete MIS of the distributor empanelled
Renewal Calling:
Calling Investors for renewal of DSIP Daily SIP Monthly SIP
Calling distributor for Self Declaration to avoid delay in distributor brokerage
Job Description & Specification
Key Connects Internal : Customer Service / Sales
External: Investor/distributor/ KFin Tech/ Vendors (Branch Administrative)
Qualifying criteria
for titled position
Education:
BCOM with NISM (Mutual Funds) certification.
Preferably an MBA.
Experience:
3-6 years of customer service processes and core RTA experience preferred with
AMC / Mutual Fund organization.
Mandatory requirement (skill sets):
Excellent command over excel. Microsoft Excel experience for data analysis is a must.
Good communication skills- verbal as well as written communication.
Good understanding of processes.
