Job Description:
We are looking for a senior Salesforce Consultant with 6 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. The candidate should have strong experience in implementation configuration customization and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and gather business requirements.
Lead Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Configure Leads Opportunities Accounts Cases and Service Console.
Design and implement Flows Workflows Validation Rules and Automation.
Create reports and dashboards for business users.
Handle data migration and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Support users and provide training.
Work closely with technical and business teams.

Required Skills

6 years of Salesforce experience.
Strong hands-on experience in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
Experience in Lightning Flows and Reports.
Good client communication skills.
Salesforce Certification is a plus.
