About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Manager to lead post-sales customer engagement and administrative coordination at our automobile branch in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate should have strong follow-up management skills and the ability to maintain excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complete post-sales follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction
* Handle post-booking follow-ups including delivery coordination and documentation support
* Ensure timely customer communication regarding vehicle delivery service schedules and feedback
* Monitor and improve customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
* Handle customer queries complaints and escalations effectively
* Maintain proper customer database and documentation records
* Coordinate with sales and service teams for seamless customer experience
* Oversee branch-level customer care administration
* Prepare and submit customer care performance reports to HO
