Job Summary

Role : Admin & Facility
Experience & Expertise:

Facility Administration and development cleanliness and with 5S maintained

Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.

Overseeing office administration of other locations

Developing reviewing and improving administrative systems policies and procedures.

Vendor Management and development (transport housekeeping canteen security etc)

Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained. Planning scheduling and promoting office events including meetings conferences.

Collecting organizing and storing information using computers and filing systems.

Responsible for infrastructure change/development projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
