Job Title: Executive Administration

Job Summary:
The Executive Administration will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations office coordination vendor management facility support and general office discipline. The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily office administration activities and ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain office infrastructure housekeeping and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies maintenance repairs and AMC services
- Manage inventory of office stationery and consumables
- Handle courier dispatch and document management
- Support HR in attendance records employee onboarding logistics and documentation
- Maintain office asset records (laptops ID cards access cards etc.)
- Coordinate travel bookings accommodation and meeting arrangements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office discipline
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital records)
- Assist management with administrative reports and MIS preparation
Required Skills and amp; Competencies:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel Word Email handling)
- Basic knowledge of vendor management and negotiation
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
- Professional and disciplined work approach
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline ( / BBA preferred)
Preferred Profile:
- 12 years of experience in Administration / Office Coordination
- Experience in manufacturing / electronics / home automation industry is an added advantage
- Immediate joiner preferred
