Job Summary

As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and services across different platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite addressing issues as they arise and ensuring that all systems operate within established models and processes. Your role will also include troubleshooting hardware and software problems implementing technology solutions and collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the implementation of technology solutions at the operating system level across all server and network areas.- Engage in basic and intermediate level troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veritas NetBackup Administration.- Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes.- Experience with server and network management.- Familiarity with operating system-level support and maintenance.- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Veritas NetBackup Administration.- This position is based at our Noida office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
