Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintenance support and deployment of the JDE One World/EnterpriseOne.
Perform day-to-day support administration and problem resolution of the applications. Also responsible for the daily maintenance patch updates and testing.
OMW installation setup and project promotion and administration.
Server and client package build and deployments.
Apply ESUs ASUs Updates and Service Pack upgrades.
JDE Administration of security print batch queues performance tuning and monitoring via SAW
Create and manage environments path codes and instances.
Monitor and manage application system performance and availability.
Provide complete and timely support for end users.
Keep current and up to date with application architecture ESU and service pack releases functionality and other CNC components.
Interact extensively with the other IT support.
Proactive performance tuning & risk mitigation.

Additional responsibilities include:

Assist with the roll out of additional modules.
Assist with the roll out of JDE to additional business units.

Skills:

5 years JD Edwards CNC implementation and administration experience.
Minimum 1 full EnterpriseOne install in an Intel/SQL Server environment.
2 years of Web Sphere or OAS and JAS experience.
2 years experience with Oracle 12c database or greater.
Direct experience supporting JDE EnterpriseOne applications preferred.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working directly with end users.
Must have worked in an environment that practiced change control and version management in a production environment.
EnterpriseOne upgrade experience a plus.
Knowledge of the JD Edwards One World Technical Foundation tools a plus.
