Reports to the Sr. Director of Informatics and Diversion. The Application Analyst - Buyer Informatics provides support in the maintenance of the pharmacy information system and automated dispensing systems packaging and inventory systems and scanning systems. Provides staff training orientation and security control for such systems. Orders or receives and maintains adequate inventory levels of medications and supplies when required and maintains the pharmacy storerooms in a neat and organized manner that complies with all regulatory agencies. Supports purchasing operations at all campuses as needed. Manages drug recalls and oversees the disposition process for all expired or damaged collaboration with 340b team develops and maintains compliant mixed use 340b processes including consignment process borrow/loan process direct ordering process reverse distribution process and WAC minimization strategies. Works with the Senior Director Diversion & Informatics to maintain compliance program audit-controlled substance transactions investigate discrepancies ensure controlled substance compliance among team members and prevent diversion.
