Openings: 2 Contractor Positions

Important Note (Contract Duration)
There are two openings under this requisition:
One contract: 10 months (extension possible not guaranteed)
One contract: 12 months (extension possible not guaranteed)
Both roles are being sourced under one req for efficiency. At the time of offer managers will determine which candidate aligns with each contract duration. Candidates must be informed accordingly.

Role Overview
The Sourcing Analyst II will support Apparel/Accessories sourcing initiatives within the Global Sport Category team. This role reports to the Global Sports Apparel (GSA) Sourcing Director and works cross-functionally with Product Creation Finance Supply Planning Materials and Manufacturing teams.
This position requires strong sourcing costing and factory allocation experience with a solid understanding of apparel and/or footwear manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Support factory allocation sourcing strategy execution and cost planning initiatives.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Sport Category objectives.
Partner with Finance to define style-level targets and ensure profitability alignment.
Manage cost planning processes balancing margin targets with product requirements.
Analyze data to identify trends solve complex problems and drive business decisions.
Execute sourcing activities from strategic planning through seasonal implementation.
Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Support specialty sport categories such as Cricket Basketball Special Projects and Olympics sideline products.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Textiles Supply Chain or related field (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing supply chain product creation or manufacturing.
Knowledge of apparel and/or footwear manufacturing processes.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas pivot tables VLOOKUPs basic calculations).
Strong retail math knowledge.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrixed organization.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI).
Strong PowerPoint / deck-building skills.
Background in apparel/footwear sourcing through a supply chain lens.
Ability to influence collaborate and build consensus.
Comfortable working both independently and in team-based settings.
