Overall this role will be working closely in alignment with Aesthetic Channel Lead and showing strong commitment to drive Business Excellence through strategic planning and collaborative marketing and educational plan execution with the sales team.
- Develop and maintain a high level of clinical and product knowledge for the aesthetic portfolio.
- Develop annual brand plans to help achieve annual sales target and market share and drive product and commercial innovation for the brands.
- Develop communication plan and all marketing materials based on brand legacy and clinical studies to solidify brand positioning and differentiation.
- In charge of new product launches including: Product positioning and differentiation Pricing Listing and channel management Communication (360) plan.
- Develop KOLs/Trainers as speakers and injectors to drive brand adoption and engagements for injectors.
- Maintain regular field contact to follow up on promotion efforts competitor activities and to ensure the selling tools and promotional materials are meeting the needs of the sales force and clinics as well as to gain insight into local clinical needs in order to develop appropriate and effective tactics to support their clinical and business needs.
- Conduct brand tracking to understand brand health and have the capabilities for root cause analysis insights exploring and problem solving
- Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range and new product introductions; either conduct this research with in-house staff or manage an external agency i.e. initial identification of suitable partner definition of responsibilities communication plan divisions of responsibility milestones contract with company review transcripts and reports and recommend action plans from the research.
- Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in Medical and Regulatory to address any issues that may arise.
- Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional materials product trainings and relevant clinical papers; as well as clearly defined and supported key selling messages. Responsible for reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companys or competitors products.
Requirements :
- Degree qualified in Marketing or related field
- 8- 10 years experience working as a brand marketing individual in Pharmaceutical / Medical Device / Nutrition / Cosmetics industries
- Experience with brand marketing for ethical channel pharmacies etc
- Hands-on experience with ability to manage trade marketing / event management / new product launch is highly desirable
- Candidate interested in skincare and aesthetics marketing preferred
