Job Summary
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts aligned with business objectives.
Analyze sales data market trends and consumer behavior to improve forecast accuracy.
Collaborate with Sales Marketing Production and Supply Chain teams to align demand and supply plans.
Manage inventory levels to minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
Lead and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Monitor key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy inventory turnover and service levels.
Prepare reports and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
Improve and optimize demand planning systems tools and processes.
Support special projects related to supply chain and business planning.
Lead coach and develop the demand planning team.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or higher.
Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning forecasting or supply chain management (experience in Food & Beverage is preferred).
Experience in S&OP or Integrated Business Planning (IBP) is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel Power BI ERP and planning systems.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes in the Food & Beverage industry.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Leadership and team management skills.
