Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and design organization-wide OD strategies aligned with institutional and business objectives.
Develop and implement frameworks for performance management leadership development and succession planning.
Drive culture transformation engagement and change management initiatives.
Conduct organizational diagnostics workforce analysis and employee surveys to identify improvement opportunities.
Design and deploy competency models career pathways and talent development roadmaps.
Lead talent assessment coaching and leadership capability programs.
Partner with senior management on organization design structure and workforce planning.
Develop and oversee learning ecosystems including LMS and blended learning platforms.
Monitor OD program effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
Act as internal consultant to leaders on change performance and people strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Organizational Development Psychology or related field.
Minimum 610 years of experience in HROD / OD / Talent Management / Change Management.
Proven experience leading organizational transformation and culture initiatives.
Strong expertise in OD models competency frameworks and performance systems.
Experience in diagnostics tools (engagement surveys 360 feedback assessments).
Strong English communication skills.
Experience in large or complex organizations is preferred.
