Job Requirements
12 years of CSR phone handling experience in a structured environment including email support and basic administrative tasks.
Strong data entry experience with high accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications with the ability to navigate systems efficiently.
Good understanding of customer service best practices call etiquette escalation procedures and quality standards.
Clear verbal and written communication skills with sound decision-making within established guidelines.
Strong organizational skills time management and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
Stable work history and reliable attendance required.
