KDCI Outsourcing is seeking detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage phone-based customer support and accurate data entry tasks. This role requires strong call handling skills structured documentation and the ability to work independently while maintaining consistency and accuracy. The ideal candidate understands that professional communication and precise record-keeping go hand in hand with accountability and confidentiality as core standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and in a structured manner.

  • Address customer concerns inquiries and requests accurately.

  • Respond to emails clearly and promptly following company guidelines.

  • Input and update customer information accurately in internal systems.

  • Maintain complete and organized documentation of all interactions.

  • Cross-check records to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.

  • Apply standard operating procedures when resolving cases.

  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters appropriately.

  • Meet productivity and quality standards consistently.

  • Protect customer data and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job requirements

Job Requirements

  • 12 years of CSR phone handling experience in a structured environment including email support and basic administrative tasks.

  • Strong data entry experience with high accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications with the ability to navigate systems efficiently.

  • Good understanding of customer service best practices call etiquette escalation procedures and quality standards.

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with sound decision-making within established guidelines.

  • Strong organizational skills time management and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

  • Stable work history and reliable attendance required.
