SUMMARY
The Phone Support Technician II is responsible for delivering immediate phone-based troubleshooting support to nonprofit clients while assisting with user provisioning and workstation deployments. This role requires strong Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to inbound support calls
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 issues
- Provision and deprovision users
- Configure endpoints
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Meet SLA and KPI standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- 3 years MSP experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration
- Google Workspace admin experience
- Windows & macOS troubleshooting
- Exceptional client communication skills
Preferred:
- Intune experience
- CompTIA A/Network
- Security
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
- Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
