Job Summary

This is a remote position.

SUMMARY

The Phone Support Technician II is responsible for delivering immediate phone-based troubleshooting support to nonprofit clients while assisting with user provisioning and workstation deployments. This role requires strong Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace experience.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Respond to inbound support calls
  • Diagnose and resolve Tier 1 & Tier 2 issues
  • Provision and deprovision users
  • Configure endpoints
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Meet SLA and KPI standards


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • 3 years MSP experience
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration
  • Google Workspace admin experience
  • Windows & macOS troubleshooting
  • Exceptional client communication skills

Preferred:

  • Intune experience
  • CompTIA A/Network
  • Security


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
