We enable our professionals to The opportunity Your key responsibilities Strategy & Road mapping: Define transformation vision assess current states (Gemba walks) identify gaps and create actionable roadmaps for digital and operational improvements. Process Optimization: Apply lean Six Sigma and other methodologies to improve workflows reduce costs and enhance quality. Technology Transformation: Identify transformative technology solutions for smart manufacturing like IIoT AI Digital Twins AR/VR for real-time monitoring and automation and develop use cases and business cases for implementation. Data & Analytics: Analyze performance metrics generate insights and use data for informed decision-making and reporting. Change Management: Manage stakeholder engagement lead workshops build communication plans and overcome resistance to new systems. |
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison gather requirements build strong relationships and deliver excellent service

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
- Master of Business Administration from Tier 1 Institue
Experience
- Supply Chain & Operations 5 years post MBA
