We provide comprehensive facility services ranging from mechanical maintenance and self-performed site-based operations to energy-efficiency upgrades and supplier-managed interior/exterior maintenance.

Job Summary

Supports the Head of RE AM as a hybrid operational partner and strong execution resource proactive independent anticipatory polished and able to drive tasks and crossfunctional coordination.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Operational & Strategic Partnering 40%
- Anticipate needs identify gaps drive priorities.
- Support planning and execution of operational programs.
- Compile analyze and prepare performance indicators.
- Ensure alignment with policies compliance and communication practices.

Stakeholder Coordination & CrossFunctional Support 20%
- Liaise across internal RE teams and leaders.
- Coordinate tasks information flow documentation.
- Support meeting preparation notes and action tracking.

Documentation Systems & Process Support 20%
- Prepare review organize documents.
- Monitor data accuracy in business systems.
- Monitor project worksheets and action item tracking. (Quality Gates adherence to processes)

Project Coordination & Executive Operations 10%
- Track milestones and outcomes.
- Assist with preparation for business meetings and presentations.

All other duties as assigned 10%

Qualifications

Education

(HS Diploma Under/Graduate Degree etc.)

High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

Business Experience

(prior years work/related experience)

2 years in operations coordination executive support.
- Experience supporting senior leaders preferred.

Licenses/Certifications

Language Skills

English: Spanish a plus

Technical Qualifications & Skills

High school diploma required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

Strong problemsolving analysis communication confidentiality professionalism.

Strong organizational skills ability to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop
kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. Use of office equipment on site

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is considered normal. This is an office setting.
