RESPONSIBILITIES
Production Operations: Safely operate IMPB machinery and equipment in alignment with standard operating procedures and production schedules.
Assembly & Packaging: Assemble label and package joint packs to meet company and customer specifications ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Quality Control: Conduct in-process inspections verify quantities and part numbers and report any product defects or deviations to supervisors.
Material Handling: Safely move raw materials and finished goods using approved handling equipment and maintain proper inventory organization.
Equipment Monitoring: Observe equipment performance detect operational issues and promptly communicate concerns to maintenance or leadership.
Documentation & Reporting: Complete production records quality check sheets and inventory logs accurately and on schedule.
Safety & Compliance: Follow all safety policies procedures and PPE requirements; participate in safety training and initiatives.
Housekeeping: Maintain a clean organized and hazard-free workspace consistent with 5S and continuous improvement practices.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and support department objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing production or assembly experience preferred
Ability to safely operate production and material handling equipment
Basic math and reading comprehension skills for following instructions
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
This position involves standing for extended periods repetitive motions and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
Exposure to machinery production noise varying temperatures and industrial materials
Frequent bending reaching lifting and use of hand tools
Flexibility to work different shifts overtime or weekends as needed
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
No travel is required for this position.
