We are looking for an experienced Information Systems Delivery Lead to join our Brisbane based team and take ownership of our core business systems integrations and technology delivery. This role is critical to ensuring our systems are secure reliable and continually improving to support our people and customers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer the Information Systems Delivery Lead is responsible for managing and optimising Mutual Marketplaces information systems and technology platforms.

This is a practical delivery focused role that sits between the business and our external technology partners. You will manage system performance access and security oversee enhancements and upgrades and lead the delivery of system improvements that support business objectives.

You will work closely with Finance Legal and Procurement teams as well as customers and vendors to ensure our systems are fit for purpose well governed and used effectively.

Your role will be varied and hands on and will include the following core responsibilities.

In this role you will:

• Manage and support all TechnologyOne modules including XlOne reporting ETL processes and business process automation
• Own user access and security management across TechnologyOne Coupa Expense Management Vendor Panel and Microsoft environments
• Support Power BI dashboards and data warehouse solutions
• Project manage system implementations upgrades and enhancements from planning through to delivery

• Lead system testing and rollout activities including development of test scripts and coordination with staff and customers
• Identify and implement process improvements to better utilise systems and streamline workflows
• Provide training and support to team members and customers
• Respond to service desk tickets and provide ad hoc system and project support as required

Governance Risk and Stakeholder Engagement

You will play an important role in ensuring our technology environment is well governed and risk aware. This includes:

• Supporting group governance and audit activities
• Maintaining an effective Information Security Management System
• Working with vendors to identify and mitigate cyber security risks
• Contributing to the ongoing management and review of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders customers and technology partners

Skills and Experience

You will be a capable and proactive IT professional who is comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with the business.

You will bring strong systems knowledge a customer focused mindset and a practical approach to problem solving.

You will have:

• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 including SharePoint and related tools
• Experience with accounting or enterprise systems such as TechnologyOne and Coupa
• Proven capability in ETL processes XlOne reporting and data automation
• Experience managing security business continuity and IT policies

Ideally you will also have:

• Experience working in a regulated or financial services environment
• Project management experience
• A relevant qualification in Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience
