Job Summary
Creating Passion: Your Responsibilities
- Management of Customer Invoices Accounts Receivables (e.g. Debts collection and tracking of outstanding items)
- Creation and dispatch of outgoing invoices &Tracking of special agreements or discounts
- Daily monitoring of incoming payments &Execution of dunning runs
- Coordination with sales regarding overdue customers
- Management of Supplier Invoices Accounts Payable (e.g. Processing of incoming invoices)
- Verification of incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Clarification of discrepancies with suppliersReview and preliminary posting of travel expenses verification communication & posting
- Preparation of payments and reconciliation of accounts payables creation of payment batch
- Reconciliation of accounts payables with open itemsMaintenance of supplier master data in the SES system
- Treasury Management -Regular reconciliation of bank accounts and other financial accounts
- Matching bank transactions with the accounting system
- Clarification of open items and discrepancies &Maintenance of account overview and liquidity planning
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
Qualification and Education Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Inter
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA) Inter
- ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Inter
- MBA Finance
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
- Technical Skills of Financial Planning and Analysis Accounting Compliances ERP Data Analysis Audit etc.
