Position Summary:We are seeking a dedicated
Line Support / Assembly Line Workerto join our team in
West Point GA. This role involves reporting directly to the Group Leader and fostering positive team relations while demonstrating strong leadership and initiative to enhance processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will complete assigned projects to meet company goals and adhere to our Vision and Core Values.
Our positions are full-time year-around employment with paid training.

Hours:
Monday - Friday
2nd Shift: 6:30pm - 6:00am
Essential Functions:- Comply with company policies and procedures including safety and environmental standards.
- Maintain a positive work environment and treat all team members with respect.
- Participate in achieving safety quality cost and delivery targets.
- Perform autonomous maintenance and document assigned activities accurately.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance safety quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team leaders to develop and complete improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:- High School diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience preferably in assembly.
- Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and Word.
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed.
- Tier-1 automotive experience is a plus.
Core Competencies:- Ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and in writing to support safe operations teamwork and accurate execution of job duties. This role involves frequent verbal communication related to safety and production flow.
- Ability to engage and motivate team members.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
Physical Demands:- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Must be able to handle multiple parts flow and perform tasks requiring fine manipulation.
