Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Property Reservations Executive for a luxury private game reserve based in Sabi Sands. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished and service-driven reservations professional with prior safari lodge experience and a genuine appreciation for bush life.
Salary: R19500 per month

Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent command of the English language
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role with specific reservations experience within the safari lodge industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy with sound knowledge of reservations systems
Strong financial awareness

Key Responsibilities
Logging and responding to enquiries via telephone and email in line with agreed turnaround times
Making reservations in accordance with company standards
Providing accurate information regarding room types availability packages and special offers
Checking availability for requested travel dates
Ensuring all reservations meet minimum standards for confirmation and follow-up
Following up on provisional bookings
Issuing invoices processing payments and sending confirmations
Booking flights and road transfers as required
Resolving any reservation-related issues efficiently
Assisting guests with amendments or cancellations
Liaising with lodge operations to manage booking changes delays or overbookings
Ensuring all guest requests including excursions and treatments are accurately captured and actioned
Addressing guest feedback concerns and special requests to ensure satisfaction
Updating and maintaining the client database
Creating and updating profiles for VIP and repeat guests
Maintaining excellent rapport with guests and greeting them on arrival
Hosting trade site visits and special function stays

Leave cycle: 4 weeks on 2 weeks off
