About the Role
We are looking for a highperformance individual with a proven track record in driving usedcar sales leading a motivated team and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and deep industry knowledge particularly within the Toyota brand.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Lead mentor and manage the usedcar sales team
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly targets
- Oversee stock management pricing and merchandising of used vehicles
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure compliance with dealership standards and processes
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- At least 5 years of experience managing or leading a usedvehicle sales team
- Toyota brand experience is essential
- Strong leadership coaching and teamdevelopment capabilities
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and customerrelationship skills
- Valid drivers license
- Professional energetic and targetdriven approach
- Billingual in Afrikaans and English
