As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an active partner network to drive continuous sales growth across PartnerNETs distribution portfolio. You will work closely with partners to identify new business opportunities promote PartnerNET solutions and support their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PartnerNETs distribution strategy in the assigned territory
- Build strong relationships with existing partners through regular reviews and proactive support
- Recruit and onboard new partners/resellers in line with company growth plans
- Identify develop and close new business opportunities with or through partners
- Train and support partners on PartnerNETs products solutions and value propositions
- Create joint sales plans with partners to help them achieve growth objectives
- Meet and exceed personal targets and sales KPIs agreed with management
- Understand partner business models and align efforts to drive shared success
- Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Stay up to date with new technologies and obtain relevant certifications
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business or related field
- 3 years of experience in sales or account management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Proven ability to manage partners and achieve sales goals
- Strong negotiation sales planning and presentation skills
- Experience in ICT Infrastructure and Security solutions is a strong plus
- Valid driving license
