Job Summary

This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor day-to-day use of Simpro across all departments
  • Identify incorrect inconsistent or erroneous data entry
  • Report directly to the business owner
  • Liaise with team members who require additional Simpro training
  • Support ongoing improvement of Simpro workflows and processes
  • Purchasing & Systems Support
  • Create purchase orders from
  • Prepare purchase orders ready for approval and supplier dispatch
  • Receive and process supplier invoices into the system
  • Maintain accuracy of purchasing and supplier data

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency with Simpro or similar ERP/field service software
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Ability to analyze identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training and team liaison
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook)
  • Experience in purchasing accounts or operational support is a plus
  • Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach
