Key Responsibilities:
Oversee resort administrative operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with different departments (front desk housekeeping F&B events) for seamless operations.
Assist in planning budgeting and financial reporting for the resort.
Manage guest relations and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Support marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain guests.
Maintain records reports and documentation related to resort operations.
Assist management in strategic planning business development and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or related field.
Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of resort operations and hospitality industry standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and resort management software.
Ability to handle multiple tasks prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
