Job Summary
Job Title: Analyst
Work Location: Bangalore
Shift timings: 8.00am to 5.00pm OR 12.00pm to 9.00pm IST
Work mode: Hybrid - 3 Days office
Job Description:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
Experience - 9 to 12years
- Collaborate with regional business units to capture functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify gaps for eLIMS-NG deployment.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams IT and global NG program teams.
- Facilitate workshops meetings and presentations for stakeholders across Asia.
- Documentation & Process Mapping:
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents Functional Specifications and Use Cases.
- Develop process flow diagrams and ensure alignment with eLIMS-NG standards.
- Testing & Validation:
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating results.
- Ensure defects are tracked and resolved before go-live.
- Change Management & Training:
- Assist in preparing training materials and conducting sessions for end-users.
- Support change management activities to drive adoption.
Deployment Support:
- Coordinate with technical teams for deployment activities.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- BE Computer Science or any other bachelors degree with the right experience
