Job Description: Bluespirit a leading airline company is currently seeking freshers to join our team as Airport Ground Staff in Imphal Manipur India. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries and concerns from passengers. 3. Coordinate with other ground staff and airline departments to ensure timely and safe departure of flights. 4. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal and facilities. 5. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner. 6. Assist in the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft. 7. Conduct security checks and screenings as per airport regulations. 8. Maintain accurate records of passenger and flight information. 9. Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and on-time departure. 10. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. 6. Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage. 7. Basic computer skills. 8. Knowledge of local language and English is preferred. 9. Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
