What youll do
Join our global market-leading firm and lead international software implementation projects for major European banks and regulators. Advise clients on critical regulatory reporting manage full project lifecycles and develop integration solutions.
As an Intergations Project Manager within Professional Services you will play a crucial role in planning coordinating and implementing the integration processes for all new entities and optimizing processes for our division of project managers and consultants. Your responsibilities will include:
Project Management:- Manage end-to-end implementation and unification of Professional Service processes across the entire division
- Planning communication executing on agreed integration plans for Professional Services
- Serve as the primary contact for the integration project cooridination all activities betweeen divisions in the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify relevant KPIs
Process Optimization:- Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to streamline operations enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Knowledge & Project Management:- Maintain a centralized knowledge repository and management for best practices guidelines and project documentation. (Sharepoint Confluence)
- Curate content organize resources and ensure easy access for team members.
- Participate in internal projects to deliver efficient ways of working

- Successfully completed university studies in the field of business economics mathematics or comparable studies
- 3-6 years of professional experience in similar role
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics (nice to have)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools - Power BI
- Experience with Sharepoint Confluence and other collaboration platforms
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of project management & project accounting processes
- Very good (spoken and written) level of English
