Job Summary
In this role as a Product Manager you will be at the heart of our digital innovation driving the strategy and execution for our next generation of AI-powered products. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond ensuring we solve complex business challenges and create new opportunities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and communicating the product vision strategy and roadmap for our Digital Products.
- Translating business needs and user feedback into clear actionable product requirements user stories and technical specifications.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists engineers designers and business leaders - to guide products from conception to successful launch.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs market gaps and new opportunities for innovation.
- Defining monitoring and analyzing key product metrics to inform success and drive continuous improvement.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding the product ensuring alignment and clear communication across the organization.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in a Product Management role ideally within a technology or AI-driven company.
- Experience in managing products through the entire lifecycle from planning and development to launch and iteration.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to make informed product decisions.
- Fluent English and Polish German is a plus.
