We are currently seeking a passionate and strategic eCommerce Activation Manager to support the development of eCommerce and quick commerce channels in Poland in alignment with Sales and Trade strategy.
Summary: This role supports the development of eCommerce and quick commerce channels in Poland by coordinating digital trade activations managing platform relationships in cooperation with KAMs and optimizing online execution.
The position works at the intersection of Key Account Management Trade Marketing and Digital ensuring best-in-class online visibility and commercial activation of brands across partner platforms.
Core Responsibilities:
- Support the development of eCommerce and quick commerce channels in Poland in alignment with Sales and Trade strategy.
- Co-create annual channel plans together with KAM and Trade Marketing.
- Manage preset activation budget within eRetail clients.
- Coordinate relationships with key platforms and retailers in partnership with KAMs.
- Support negotiations on listings promotions and visibility (in collaboration with Sales).
- Plan and execute digital trade activations promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure high-quality product content (descriptions images availability).
- Coordinate activation plan and execution with Sales Trade & Brand teams and flag risks.
- Analyse performance data and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Track competitor activity and eRetail / q-commerce trends.
- Prepare actionable recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing Trade Marketing Finance and Sales teams.
Who You Are:
- You hold a higher education degree providing you with a solid foundation for strategic thinking and leadership.
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce digital sales trade marketing or key account support with proven expertise in marketplaces eRetail apps or quick commerce platforms.
- You possess good commercial digital and trade understanding.
- You have a strong analytical mindset with experience in reporting and performance tracking.
- You understand online pricing promotions and digital merchandising principles.
- You can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
- You are fluent in both Polish and English.
- You have a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
